Description
The NovaStar 10G SFP modules are compatible with all NovaStar devices that have an SFP connection. Compact 10Gb/s optical transceiver module for serial optical communication applications. It can convert serial electrical data streams to optical output signal, and optical input signal to serial electrical data streams. The high-speed electrical interface is fully compliant with SFI specification. Choose from either single-mode (SM), or multi-mode (MM).

The proper configuration for a fiber setup is FROM THE PROCESSOR to the fiber converter via SINGLE MODE DUPLEX FIBER CABLES WITH LC CONNECTORS. Then, you can connect RJ45 Data Cables from the OUTPUT of the fiber converter to the input of the video wall itself, just like you would connect them straight out of the processor when you aren’t using fiber.
